AV Trouble Shooting Tips

These are some tips if you are unable to get a video signal from your AV cable


  1. You may have your VGA attached the same time as your AV Cables. Please disconnect your VGA before using your AV and vice-versa. Do not use both at the same time. This is also worse for battery life.

  2. Double check the connectors. Are the pins inserted completely on both ends? Try re-connecting the adapters.

  3. If you have done these steps and there is still no signal, please call AAXA Technical Support for further assistance.
