AAXA Technologies announces the release of the M7 Mini Projector – a 4K ready Mini Projector with a native 1080p resolution and a high brightness DLP optical engine.

The AAXA M7 enables compact ultra-high brightness projection with Osram Quad-Cast LED technology and DLP's advanced cinema based imager. The M7 can produce stunning 200” images (dark areas only) and with its massive 3 hour 15000mah battery, the M7 is able to deliver big-screen projection anytime, anywhere.

The M7 represents the cutting edge of Pico Projector technology by combining Texas Instruments advanced DLP 1920x1080 (1080P) native resolution imager technology with the latest generation Osram LEDs and a powerful lithium ion battery system.

4K Ready, 1080P Native Resolution Optical Engine

The M7 upscales 4K 30fps video input on a native 1920x1080 pixel resolution imager. This high-brightness optical engine is based on DLP's advanced Cinema derived technology and is visually superior to entry-level (single panel) LCD projectors. This solid-state engine delivers 1200 LED Lumens of brightness in “boost” mode by employing 30,000 hour Osram Quad-Cast LEDs and features a remote-control adjustable electric focus – making ceiling / out-of-reach mounting easy.

15000mah Lithium Ion Battery

The M7 mobile projector houses a massive 15000mah lithium ion battery. This battery powers the M7 at a brilliant 650 lumens for 90 minutes or 3 hours in eco mode. Furthermore the M7 mini projector doubles as a power bank. With its onboard USB charge port the M7 can charge smart devices at 10 Watts.

Smartphone Device Mirroring

An onboard USBC compatible port allows the M7 to mirror USBC devices including Samsung / LG smartphones, late model Ipads, some Macbooks, and other USBC devices.

Stand Alone Multimedia Device

The M7 Mobile projector features an onboard media player capable of playing videos, picture slide shows, and other media. The M7 incorporates a high power 4 watt speaker and delivers room filling sound without the need to connect external speakers. The M7 can accept media from a micro SD card, USB Stick (up to 64GB), through its HDMI video input, or 3.5mm AV input. It also outputs audio via a 3.5mm headphone jack.

30,000 Hour Quad-Cast LED Light Source

The M7 LED Projector incorporates the latest Osram Solid-State technology. These Quad-Cast LEDs are rated for 30,000 hours of life, feature instant on and off performance which means no more warm-up and cool-down times. Additional benefits over lamp-based projectors include better durability and an environmentally friendly design. LEDs consume less energy and are mercury free.

About AAXA Technologies

AAXA Technologies Inc was founded in 2008 as a developer and manufacturer of a new class of projector known as "micro" projectors and "pico" projectors. AAXA's core technology is based on small LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) and DLP (Digital Light Processing) imagers mated to LED (light emitting diode) and Laser light-sources that makes micro projectors and pico sized projectors possible. In 2010 AAXA launched the world's first laser pico projector and today remains a leader in mini-projector/pico-projector technology. AAXA holds several patents in optical and LCoS designs and manufactures the majority of its products in China, with core technological development occurring in both the Silicon Valley, California and China.

The AAXA M7 Pico Projector is available through AAXA's exclusive distributors and the AAXA Technologies website.
