AAXA Technologies is pleased to announce the release of the AAXA M1 Micro Projector. The new M1 Micro Projector features an ultra-bright 66 lumen optical engine, a native 800x600 resolution, and is designed for the professional user.
The AAXA M1 micro projector is the brightest "ultra-portable" projector in its class. With its 66 lumen output the M1 projector is capable of producing high resolution images greater than 100" in dark areas and up to 40" in lighted areas. The M1's advanced light engine eliminates rainbow issues be removing the color wheel and is optically enhanced and features improved color quality, sharpness, and uniformity over other projectors in its class.
The M1 micro projector is available in two flavors - Standard (MSRP: $369) and Plus (MSRP: $399).
M1 Standard:

The standard model features a new high-speed video and image processor that supports up to 1280x720 resolutions at 30 frames per second, a SD card slot accepting up to 8GB SD cards, and 1GB of onboard memory. Coupled with dual 1 watt speakers and a composite A/V input port the M1 projector is the perfect portable entertainment unit or stand-alone presentation device that eliminates the need for a bulky laptop or video player attachment.
The M1 Plus model adds a VGA port (15-pin) that accepts computer VGA signals of up to 1280x960 resolutions.
Additional features include infrared remote control, A/V composite video input, 3.5mm audio output for headphones or external speakers, ultra quiet 22db operation, and a micro power supply for ultimate portability.
Optional accessories include an external battery for 1.5 hours of portable operation, and Iphone, PSP, Zune, Nokia, Samsung, Itouch, and LG cellphone phone video cables for device connectivity.

A. The USB-Display function allows users to project their monitor display through the M1 projector. This is done by digitally encoding screen-captured images and transmitting this to the M1 projector via the USB port.
